[00:00] Chair: Good morning, everyone. We have three topics today: the new Texas law, the November conference, and the hosting contract.[00:02] Regulatory Lead: Texas passed a new PBM law on Friday. PBMs must give all drug maker rebates to the health plan.[00:03] Chair: When does it start?[00:04] Regulatory Lead: January 1, 2027. PBMs must also send a yearly report to the state. The first one is due March 31, 2027.[00:05] Chair: Then we need to update our Texas guide before clients ask. Can you do that?[00:06] Regulatory Lead: Yes. I will have a draft by October 30.[00:07] Chair: Good. Decision: we send a short news alert to clients this week, and the full guide by the end of the month.[00:09] Regulatory Lead: One question. Section 4(b) does not say if admin fees count as rebates. I do not want to guess.[00:10] Chair: Agreed. Let's ask our outside lawyers.[00:12] Marketing Lead: For the conference, we must book our booth by October 20, or we lose it.[00:13] Chair: Please book it. Marketing owns that.[00:15] Ops Lead: Our contract with the hosting company ends on November 15. Legal needs to review the new one.[00:16] Chair: Legal, please review it. Ops, send them the current contract today.[00:17] Ops Lead: Will do.[00:19] Engineering Lead: We still need release notes for the November product update. Product should write them.[00:20] Chair: Product, please write them by November 3.[00:22] Chair: Anything else? No? Thank you, everyone.
